Memorial Grand Master Nguyen Van Chieu

In occasione del 6° anniversario della scomparsa del Gran Maestro Nguyen Van Chieu, ASCO Promotion, in collaborazione con Vovinam Viet Vo Dao Italia, organizza il 1° Vovinam Interclub Tournament 2026, una competizione internazionale dedicata alla memoria del Maestro.
Il torneo sarà aperto a tutti i club dei Paesi membri dell’EVVF (European Vovinam Viet Vo Dao Federation) e, su invito, anche alle associazioni affiliate alla WVVF (World Vovinam Viet Vo Dao Federation) al di fuori dell’Europa.
Date e sede della competizione
L’evento si svolgerà nei giorni 31 gennaio e 1 febbraio 2026 presso il Palazzetto dello Sport “Ripamonti” di Lissone, in via Giulio Tarra 8 (MB).
Programma e categorie
Il Vovinam Interclub Tournament 2026 includerà gare di tecnica e combattimento, aperte a tutte le fasce d’età, dai più giovani praticanti fino ai livelli superiori.
Le categorie saranno suddivise in base all’età, al grado e alla disciplina praticata.
Un tributo al Gran Maestro Nguyen Van Chieu
Con questo evento, Vovinam Viet Vo Dao Italia desidera rendere omaggio al Gran Maestro Nguyen Van Chieu, figura fondamentale nella diffusione e nello sviluppo del Vovinam in Italia e nel mondo.
Dal Vietnam, il Maestro ha sempre sostenuto con grande dedizione la nostra associazione. Oggi, pur non essendo più tra noi, il suo spirito e i suoi insegnamenti continuano a ispirare la nostra pratica e i valori che trasmettiamo.

On the occasion of the 6th anniversary of the passing of Grand Master Nguyen Van Chieu, ASCO Promotion, in collaboration with Vovinam Viet Vo Dao Italia, proudly announces the 1st Vovinam Interclub Tournament 2026 — an international event dedicated to the memory of the late Master.
This tournament will be open to all clubs from EVVF member countries (European Vovinam Viet Vo Dao Federation) and by invitation to those affiliated with the WVVF (World Vovinam Viet Vo Dao Federation) outside of Europe.
Dates and Venue
The event will take place on January 31 and February 1, 2026, at the Palazzetto dello Sport “Ripamonti” in Lissone, via Giulio Tarra 8, Italy.
Program and Categories
The Vovinam Interclub Tournament 2026 will feature both technical and combat competitions, open to practitioners of all ages — from the youngest students to advanced levels.
Categories will be divided by age, belt rank, and discipline.
A Tribute to Grand Master Nguyen Van Chieu
With this event, Vovinam Viet Vo Dao Italia wishes to honor the memory of Grand Master Nguyen Van Chieu, a guiding figure who played a key role in the growth and spread of Vovinam both in Vietnam and worldwide.
From Vietnam, he continuously supported our association with dedication and wisdom. Today, even though he is no longer with us, his spirit, principles, and teachings continue to inspire our community and guide our practice.
